Real-time detects motorized valve and FCU (Fan Coil Unit) status, but without control function, so it must be connected with a G02M Manager via serial communications which stores & accumulates all data. When motorized valve is opened basic on air conditioning is cooling or heating and FCU is operated, C02M data acquisition starts to cumulate and store all dates.
